Genshin Gotcha for Gaza is a fundraising event where you can donate money to Palestinian help funds in exchange for fan works centered around Genshin Impact.

We have no affiliations to Hoyoverse or its associates, thisis just a fan-run fundraiser to support Palestinians through charities.

Prompts are 5 USD per prompt for SFW prompts and 10 USD per prompt for NSFW prompts. Note that if you are under 18, you will only be given SFW prompts. Submissions will require proof of payment in the form. Prompts will then be assigned randomly (or as close as it can get to random) to volunteers. If we cannot find someone to fulfill a prompt we will DM you for a replacement prompt.

We will not be accepting prompts revolving around incest or pedophilia, dead dove and NSFW prompts from minors/ ageless accounts. This is for the comfort of the moderators & the safety of the submitter. Any questions can be sent here. Please do not ask any stupid questions with answers you can think for yourself.

Who is allowed to participate?

Everyone! Regardless of your age, experience or follower count, everyone is more than welcome to create something for this event.

How will the prompts be assigned?

When you sign up, you will answer a series of questions about your preferences, such as the ships and characters you are ready to write/draw for, your icks, whether you're accepting NSFW etc. We will try as best as we can to match the prompts we receive with your profile. Note that if you are under 18, you will not be assigned NSFW prompts.

What is the time limit on completion of prompts?

We are aiming for 2-3 weeks after the event to have all prompts done but if needed there will be extensions!

How polished should my work be?

You are not expected to submit a fully rendered art or a multi-chaptered fic! So you don't burn yourself out, please only consider creating sketches and short drabbles. Of course, if you prefer to submit a polished work, you are free to do that, but it isn't the expectation.

Can I receive more than one prompt?

If the fundraiser is successful enough, you may receive more than one prompt! Note that you do not have to accept additional prompts if you have too much on your plate, and your prompt can be reassigned to another contributor.

I feel shy about posting submissions / I am mainly a private account and don't want to go public to post submissions etc

Don't worry! We can post it for you, just send it to us via dms! Just let us know if you still want to be credited.

Can I say no to a prompt I don't like?

Of course!

I imagine the prompts will be chosen by the admins and dm'ed individually? I worry a bit about communication without a group

Yes! Don’t worry, we’ll assign the prompts accordingly and you may reject it if you are uncomfortable with the request.

Curious to learn more about the timeline of this event/Is there going to be a specific timeline for this event or will prompts be happening on a rolling basis starting now?

We will be updating it on our Twitter! The event will be held on a specific timeline for now, depending on its popularity

What are you considering as incest? Because there are people in fandom who may very well participate in this event who will state kaeluckae falls under that umbrella?

Anything such as Barbara/Jean, Ayato/Ayaka, Lynette/Lyney/Freminet, Chongyun/Shenhe etc. as shipping is strictly off requests. However more "middle area" ships such as Diluc/Kaeya or Shenhe/Ganyu will depend on the creator's comfortability. If we aren't able to match your request, we will reach out to you to find an alternative solution!
